Rules & Regulations - Waves Institute of Fashion Designing

• Duly filled forms should be submitted on or before the last date of admission.
• The Institute reserves the right to reject any application if any of the mentioned details are found to be not true or inappropriate or if it feels that admission of the candidate is detrimental to the discipline of the institute.
• First installment of fee should be made by cash along with the application form.
• The tuition fee should be paid on or before 10th of every month. Thereafter it can be paid with a fine of Rs. 100 for the first day and Rs. 10 each for the subsequent days. However, names of students who have not paid the monthly fee with fine before 20th of each month are liable to be struck off from the rolls. Such student will be readmitted only on payment of the entire dues along with readmission fee of Rs 1000/-. Absence from the institute with or without permission will not be accepted as an excuse for non-payment of tuition fees on the due dates.
• Fee once paid is not refundable.
• Attach a self attested copy of a valid address proof (Driving license, Aadhar card, Voters ID, Passport…)
• Candidate should submit Photostat copies of their Central / State Board of Secondary Examination / Higher Secondary Examination / Degree.
• Students are not permitted to use / possess mobile phone inside the Institute. A violation of this will be considered as an intention for piracy / theft. If any student is found using any such device, it will lead to a fine of Rupees 500/-, such device will be confiscated and will be returned only after the end of the academic year.
• Students should attend classes regularly and should have a minimum of 75% attendance to appear for the final examination.
• Students are subjected to rules of conduct and behavior framed by the authorities of the institute. The institute takes note of serious misbehavior and irregular work habits or obscenity which is punishable by fine, suspension or dismissal.
• Late comers will not be admitted to the class without the permission from Principal / Director. Name of the student who is continuously absent without permission for more than 15 days is liable to be struck off from the rolls. She will be allowed to continue only after re-admission.
• Video / Photography of programs in the institute / college shall be covered by the persons officially authorized by the Principal / Director.
• The institute reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations with the timely requirements.
• Damage to the Institute’s property will be severely dealt with and material loss will be fully recovered with fine.
• The Principal / Director is the ultimate disciplinary authority of the institute.
