I am Arifa Jemna, I had been searching for a course which would help me to reach my dream. I came across this institution and I jumped in. The syllabus and the mode of teaching caught my eye. It has been almost 8 years, since I pursued Fashion Designing Course from Waves Institute of Fashion Designing. Before joining, I did not even know the basics of Fashion Designing. I had only a vague idea that any common person would have until I joined there. Then I learned from the teachers what fashion and its scope are, what its possibilities are and so on. Later, I realized that it is an entirely different world. I have no words to describe the immense knowledge that all the teachers have given us about fashion in a year. If I have doubts about fashion, I refer to the notes given by them. For example, if I face any issues with the sewing machine, I refer to the notes given by Ma'm. I have no words to describe how much knowledge we gained during that one year of study about different dresses, fabrics and costumes of other states. When people ask me, where I did my course from, I feel very happy to mention the name of Waves Institute. I rarely visit Kozhikode, but whenever I pass in front of the institute, I feel very proud to be a part of WIFD.
