An experienced Senior Fashion Designer is required to lead the design team and develop new collections, with strong hands on expertise in pattern making and pattern development. The role includes creating production ready patterns, coordinating with designers, tailors, vendors, and production teams, checking measurements, fittings, and product quality, guiding junior staff, and managing design timelines. A minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion, textiles, garment, or showroom design is required. Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, leadership, and communication skills are essential. Benefits include health insurance, PF, yearly bonus, and annual salary increments.
The employer offers ₹ 4,80,000 to ₹ 6,00,000 per year, which is about ₹ 40,000 to ₹ 50,000 per month. Working hours are 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday - Saturday).
