The primary responsibilities include managing end-to-end production of bridal and customized garments, supervising tailors, cutters, embroidery teams, and production staff to monitor daily output. Additional key tasks involve planning production schedules, ensuring quality control at every stage, maintaining inventory records, and minimizing material wastage while guaranteeing timely delivery. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and expert knowledge of fabrics, stitching, and garment construction are essential for seamless coordination with design and merchandising teams.
The employer offers ₹ 1,44,000 to ₹ 2,16,000 per year, which is about ₹ 12,000 to ₹ 18,000 per month. Working hours are 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM (Monday - Saturday).
