We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Fashion Designer with 1 year of Fashion Designing experience preferred to develop textile and product designs for home textiles, apparel and lifestyle products. The role includes creating designs, patterns, colourways and collections based on market trends, customer requirements and brand direction, preparing design sheets and sampling instructions, coordinating with weaving, dyeing, stitching and packing teams, supervising fabric utilisation, cutting and stitching operations, planning daily workflow, monitoring samples and production schedules, conducting quality checks and maintaining design and production records. The role also involves working with merchandisers and production planning teams and supporting new product development. This is a full time position with a flexible schedule and paid sick time.
The employer offers ₹ 1,20,000 to ₹ 1,80,000 per year, which is about ₹ 10,000 to ₹ 15,000 per month. Working hours are Flexible (Monday - Saturday).
