All candidates are expected to read and comply with these guidelines before appearing for their final examinations. Candidates are responsible for keeping themselves informed about all rules, examination dates and timings.

General Requirement
Students should write their answers using BLACK or BLUE ink only. Answers written in any other ink colour will not be considered valid. Read all sections carefully.

Eligibility
Meet All Eligibility Criteria
Students must meet all eligibility criteria set by the examination authority to appear for the final examination. This includes:
Minimum attendance requirements as prescribed by the examination authority.
Submission of all records and assignments on time.
Full payment of course fees, including any applicable fines & dues.

Students must submit all required records to the invigilator before entering the examination hall.

Camera Surveillance
CCTV Monitoring - Entire Session Recorded
All examination halls are equipped with CCTV cameras. The entire session is recorded and closely monitored by the examination authority. Candidates must adhere to the following:
Do not talk, whisper, or use hand signals during the examination.
No form of verbal or non-verbal communication is permitted. Such actions will be considered as having the intention to cheat..

Hall Tickets
Hall Tickets - Issuance & Carrying
Hall Tickets will be issued at the venue itself as communicated in the official Examination Notification.
Students must carry their Hall Tickets to the exam hall on every examination day.
Entry may be denied without a valid Hall Ticket.
Hall Tickets must be presented in their original condition. Candidates shall not write, mark, or make any alterations on the Hall Ticket using pen, pencil, or any other means.

Timing & Punctuality
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Candidates must be present in the examination hall at least 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination. This allows time for seating and instructions.
No Early Exit - First 1 Hour Rule
Candidates are not allowed to leave the exam hall during the first 1 hour of the examination. This rule applies without exception.
Late Arrivals - Special Instructions
Candidates who arrive after the question paper has been distributed should contact the invigilator immediately. Candidates will not be admitted to the exam hall 30 minutes after the official start time under any circumstances.
Absence from Examination
If a student fails to appear for any scheduled examination, she shall be marked as failed in that subject and will be required to reappear in the next academic examination cycle.

Gadgets & Prohibited Materials
Mobile Phones & Electronic Gadgets - Strictly Prohibited
Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets capable of storing, transmitting or receiving data are not permitted inside the exam hall. This includes smartwatches, earphones, and any wireless communication devices. Possession of any such item will be treated as a serious offence.

Notes, Cheat Sheets & Unauthorized Materials
Bringing notes, cheat sheets, printed materials or any items that could aid in cheating is strictly prohibited. Any candidate found in possession of such materials will be immediately debarred.

Silence & Decorum to be Maintained
Students must maintain silence and decorum throughout the examination. Talking, copying, or disturbing other candidates is strictly prohibited. All bags and personal belongings must be kept outside the hall before entering.
Ordinary (Non-Scientific) Calculator Permitted
An ordinary, non-scientific calculator is the only electronic device permitted inside the exam hall, and only where applicable to the subject. Scientific calculators and programmable calculators are strictly prohibited.

General Conduct & Compliance
Follow General Rules
Students must clearly write their Registration Number (Roll Number) on all additional answer sheets attached, failing which the sheets may not be evaluated.
Students must secure a minimum of 40% marks, both in Records & Written Exams (as per course) in each subject to be declared as passed in the examination.
Students are required to leave a proper margin on the answer sheets for evaluation purposes.
Students must not write their name or any personal identification details anywhere on the answer sheets, except in the designated space provided.
Candidates must write their Registration Number (Roll Number) on the question paper immediately upon receiving it.
Candidates shall not write anything on the question paper other than their Registration Number.
Candidates must strictly follow all directions given by the Invigilator and Examination Centre authority.
Full co-operation is required for the smooth conduct of the examination.
Rules of the institute must be obeyed throughout the entire examination session.

Acts Considered as Malpractice & Cheating
The following acts are classified as malpractice. Any student found guilty will face strict disciplinary action including debarment from examinations.

Copying
Copying from another student's answer sheet, written notes, or any other unauthorised material.

Using Unapproved Materials
Possessing or using crib sheets, textbooks, electronic devices, or communication devices in the exam hall.

Impersonation
Allowing someone else to appear for your examination in your place.

Tampering with Answer Sheets
Marking or altering answer sheets in any unauthorised or fraudulent manner.

Communicating with Others
Communicating with other candidates verbally, non-verbally, through written notes or by any other means.

Providing or Receiving Help
Giving or receiving assistance from any other student during the examination.
7
Disrupting the Exam
Creating any disturbance or noise in the examination hall that interferes with others' concentration.
